There are many legal PDB file formats that cause difficulties for PDB visualization using standard browsers. Here I'll post a collection of modified PDB files to make common tasks easier for particular files as I come across them from this point forward: - 1p9mBioUnitAsChains.pdb
1p9m.pdb1 uses the Model format for the biological unit file. I've simply converted this to an "improper" model with unique chain IDs for the second model so both models can be viewed and colored at the same times in PyMOL.
